OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On 01/31/2023, Selma PD officer Gonzalo Carrasco Jr. drove to the area of Mitchell and Rose around 11:45 a.m. on a “suspicious person” call and located Nathaniel Dixon who pulled out a gun, fired several shots, struck Carrasco and fled. The gun later turned out to be a ghost rifle of .233 caliber style. No BWC was provided by police.
