Police arrived at Whisperwillow Drive to find a man under a car, apparently trying to steal a catalytic converter. He ran out with his hands up and police used tasers, beat and restrained him until he died. He had been unarmed. Police released only snippets of bodycam video and refused to release it in full. The family denies the police narrative and filed a civil suit.
