Cleveland PD saw a driver just after 4 a.m. on Noble Road driving dangerously without headlights on. The driver fled from a traffic stop as officers approached the vehicle.
The driver stayed in the car and continued to flee from police. Speeds during the chase reached over 100 miles per hour until the fleeing driver crashed into a utility pole and tree in downtown Cleveland on St. Clair Avenue, killing the driver.
