Banks County deputies were sent to Hebron Court for a dispute between a taxi driver and a patron concerning fare. The driver complained that the man refused to pay his fare. Deputies for unknown reasons did not cite him but attempted to forcibly arrest him. The man reportedly picked up a nearby metal pipe of some sort. Police shot and killed him.
