Two Pennsylvania state troopers tried to arrest an unnamed man and were in the southbound lakes of the I-95 when a third party female motorist who drive to drive around the police scene struck 2 troopers and the man they were arresting who were in the southbound lanes. All 3 were killed.
Troopers Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Branden T. Sisca, 29, were killed as well as the man whom they were arresting.
