Paul Courtemanche called 911 and told dispatch that he was having a mental health crisis and needed help. During the conversation, dispatch questioned and learned that he had a knife. When Burlington PD arrived, they allege that he charged them with a knife and they fired beanbags and live bullets simultaneously, killing him.
