Sean Michael Kinney was shot dead by SWATsurrounded a home after a domestic violence call. Newnan PD and SWAT approached the home, saw Kinney through a window with a knife with an open door behind him and a woman sitting on the ground. Police allege that Kinney turned around and started walking toward the woman with the knife in his hand. The officer fired numerous times through the window, killing him. The woman was not hurt.
