Officers located Travis Damonta Harris, 29, inside the store and attempted to detain him. Officers engaged in a brief physical struggle with Harris, and he ran from the store across Chamblee Tucker Road toward The Oliver apartment complex. Police said Harris had a handgun during the foot pursuit and fired one round while running; no officers were struck.
