OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :

On 03/12/2026, deputies attempted to serve a warrant at a residence on Howertown Road in Northampton. Toddrick L. Bynoe ran from officers and entered the Lehigh River while fleeing. Police searched the water but could not locate him. Rescue teams later recovered his body on 03/14/2026 from approximately nine feet of water in the river in Coplay. Authorities confirmed he did not resurface after entering the water. The exact cause of death is pending autopsy.
