On 03/31/2026, Columbus Division of Police officers responded after 10 p.m. to a report of an irate man with a gun at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1427 on Schrock Road. The man forced his way into the club and later remained outside while holding a gun. Officers arrived and issued commands. The man did not comply. Officers opened fire and killed him.
