Police attempted to stop a stolen vehicle parked at a gas station on East Market Street around 7:09 p.m. The driver did not stop and drove away. During the incident, a female passenger fell from the vehicle onto the roadway and was injured. Officers escalated a chase and later located the vehicle after it crashed on Huffine Mill Road.
