On 07/19/2026, Euclid Police Department officers attempted to stop a vehicle that had been reported stolen during an armed carjacking in Cleveland. The driver continued driving away while officers pursued westbound through Euclid. Police reported the pursuit reached speeds of approximately 120 mph.
Near Babbitt Road and East 260th Street, the stolen vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with a vehicle driven by Michelle Wall, 44. Wall died from her injuries.
