On 07/21/2026, officers with the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department and deputies from the Pontotoc County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported domestic disturbance near Kerr Lab Road and Fulton Place in Ada, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported that officers encountered 50-year-old Jeremy Clark after arriving at the residence.
According to investigators, Clark emerged from the residence armed with a handgun. Police stated that he pointed or brandished the firearm toward responding officers, who then fired their weapons.
