Several BWC videos linked below show that police found him crashed against the fence and immediately fired at least 9 rounds from a semiautomatic handgun, killing him without him threatening anyone. Glendale PD were sent to a domestic violence call for someone with a handgun. They chased a man on foot and claim that he stopped and pointed a gun at his own head and entered a trailer. Police escalated a standoff, and during the course of the siege, the man allegedly shot at an officer. Police shot and killed him.

Tucson PD were sent to a call for a man on a roof behaving erratically. Police arrived and said he had knives and bricks he threw at police. Police engaged in a physical fight with him, tasered him multiple times after which he died. The coroner ruled that he died from a cardiac arrest which was aggravated by the tasering and spit hood forced on him. No officers were charged.
