Montgomery County deputies received a call that someone had stabbed 4 people. Police arrived in the 4300 block of Harvard Street and found him with a knife. He was shot and killed by Officer Justin Lee.
The same officer Justin Lee, a MAGA Trump supporter, was suspended without pay in October of 2023 for his involvement in the J6 attack on the Capitol. Officer Lee was documented to attack other police officers during the J6 event. Story also linked below. He was arrested, not for the murder of Ordonez, but for his prior involvement in January 6 in D.C. Arrested on Thursday, Oct. 19. 2023.
A release from the D.C. United States attorney’s office said that Lee, who is from Rockville, Md., was facing “felony offenses of civil disorder and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers” as well as several other misdemeanor offenses. He was facing a total of seven counts, according to his federal indictment.
It is unclear why he was allowed back on the beat after storming the Capitol but because he was sent back to work undisciplined, Franklin Castro Ordonez died.

Darryl Gamble, 40, was to appear in court with an officer testifying against him. That same officer ended up being one of the shooters who killed him on Wednesday night before he could go to court. There was a warrant for his arrest at the time of his death for drug possession and the officers who were on patrol that night and killed him were drug enforcement cops.

Corporal Kevin Moore, who was on-duty and driving his agency-issued marked Ram truck to the scene, for reasons police could not explain, in the process hit Clark who was driving a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. This first crash caused a chain reaction with the Ridgeline crashing into a 2007 Honda Accord afterward. MSP states that third party motorist 73-year-old Daniel Clark who had been hit by the trooper was taken to the hospital where he died 9 days later from injuries.

At8:54 p.m. Wednesday night, officers reportedly chased a stolen vehicle in the E. North Avenue corridor of Baltimore until the vehicle struck another vehicle and both vehicles crashed into a building at the intersection of E. North Avenue and Wolfe Street causing the building to collapse. Before hitting the building, the vehicle killed pedestrian Alfred Fincher who was also hit by debris from the collapsed building and died. On January 31, 2023, shortly after 6 a.m., Baltimore County PD attempted to arrest Brian McCourry for unknown warrants. McCourry initially fled, hit another vehicle in the parking lot in the process that was an unmarked police vehicle also. When he exited the vehicle, Baltimore detective J. Trenary opened fire on him. McCourry was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he died a month later. No BWC footage exists because for unclear reasons, Baltimore County Police Department’s Criminal Apprehension Support Team does not have them and also does not have dashcam cameras, leaving the public without choice but to trust statements by police only without public ability of independent verification of police reports. No officers were charged.
