State police and local police from Warren County were sent to a Stillwater Road residence for an undisclosed reason. During a confrontation, there a state police trooper shot and killed the man. Pittsburgh Police received a ShotSpotter alert that gunshots were heard and arrived in the 1900 block of Huron Street. Police heard a noisy argument and claim there were shots heard. Police shot and killed Austyn Cousins. When asked by media whether Cousins had actually fired any shots, police replied that they did not know. It is completely unclear why this young software engineer was killed in the dark night at 1:49 a.m. other than a police surveillance system sending police to the street and firing shots. From the time, the ShotSpotter alert was reported in the police station until the radio call that Cousins had been shot by police, only 11 minutes elapsed. Eyewitnesses and BWC footage are critically needed in this case.

A man in his 70s crashed his vehicle against a curb. A patrol officer thought he heard gunshots and called SWAT, blocking the man’s vehicle in. SWAT arrived and a shootout ensued. The man was shot and killed. Police claim to have found a pistol in the car but are not willing to confirm the man fired any shots after initially claiming that the entire ordeal was initiated because an officer thought he had heard shots fired.

A Harrisburg PD police vehicle was on the way to an unknown call and driving at an unknown speed when it collided with a 2000 Mercury Sable on Holly Street and 19th Street. Marion Sable, the front seat passenger, died in the crash. The driver wandered off and was not immediately located per police.

On 17/07/2023, the family complained publicly that more than one month had gone by since the accident and police had not provided them with answers and were refusing to give them the crash report. It is unknown which officer was driving and whether they had lights and siren, whether this was confirmed to be a priority call, the speed the officer was traveling at or any other details.

Someone was shot and killed by police near a hotel in North Huntingdon Township during an undercover drug investigation in the parking lot of a motel. This is the second time in 3 days that the DA’s office undercover officers ran an operation out of this motel.

On August 24, 2023, the decedent was sitting in his parked car in rural Susquehanna County at Lewis Lake. He had recently moved back from Florida to a childhood home near the lake where his family owned land and was visiting the area. A Pennsylvania State Police trooper arrived and according to his messages to family, the trooper harassed him, possibly for a second time within several days.

On 08/24/2023, the man was in his car by the lake when he was again approached by what is believed to be the same local trooper. He was able to respond, answered the trooper's questions that yes, he had legal guns packed and locked away in the back of the vehicle when asked about guns. He was moving back to PA and had his belongings with him and answered truthfully that everything including guns were stowed away in the car. He was able to text message this information to his family during the stop.

It is unknown what happened to escalate things but the trooper after an argument fired 10 bullets in his face, killing him.

PSP claims that they do not have any BWC footage. They refuse to disclose the name of the shooter trooper but expect the family to believe the undocumented narrative that he had made a threatening move during the traffic stop that required this point blank execution. The family is unable to get any more information nor his belongings back to date while PSP are investigating themselves. THe man's identity is known and withheld per the family's request.

Deputies initially arrived at the home of William Hardison to evict him. Police arrived in very large numbers, presumably because Hardison was a “sovereign citizen” who did not recognize police authority. A shootout ensued when he locked himself in and refused to come out. A total of 75 officers who had fired more than 1,000 at him were suspended after killing him. President Joe Biden had to be personally informed of this police war against one man in Pittsburgh.

Philadelphia PD tried to stop an erratic driver and took up chase. The car fled down a wrong way street and then the driver exited, allegedly holding a knife and according to police, lunged at them with knives. They shot him six times and killed him.

On 08/16/2023, Philadelphia PD chief Danielle Outlaw held a press conference, admitting that there had been “discrepancies” in the initial narrative and explained that officers chased Irizzary, he stopped, stayed in the car seated without issues while 2 officers shot up the car, hitting him numerous times. He had not been armed with any weapons but Outlaw still maintains that there were “2 knives” somewhere in the car but not being used. According to the family’s attorney, there was a pocket knife in the car. Mr. Irizzary was apparently executed in his car during a traffic stop without serious provocation on his part. The officer was booked on 09/08/2023 and is charged with homicide.
