Two men, ages 22 and 24, were found shot to death and a third critically injured. Police followed the shooter, Justin Michael Strawser, to a second location where he hid. There were children in the home who were released. Police fired tear gas into the home and shot and killed Strawser. He was found wearing a bulletproof vest.
