OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Las Vegas Metro PD were called to the 8100 block of Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive due to a person being robbed at gunpoint and being carjacked. Police found the vehicle and escalated a chase that ended in a crash near I-15 Northbound before the Sahara exit. The driver shot himself and died by suicide under police duress. Police did not identify him publicly.
