A man was at Popeye’s restaurant and went outside to get his wallet according to his girlfriend. She said he was suddenly surrounded by police and shot and killed. She does not understand why and says he has not done anything wrong. Police allege that they had received a call that he was armed and state that he had fired at them. No BWC is available so far to compare the discrepant narratives.
