Warren PD spotted three Dodge Chargers speeding in Warren and escalated a chase after two of the vehicles that ended when a Dodge Charger collided with a Jeep Cherokee driven by a bystander. The 42-year-old female passenger in the Jeep was a single mother on her way home. She was killed.

A special Crime Prevention Unit of Utica PD conducted a traffic stop. Several teens ran from a vehicle. Police ran after him on foot and shot and killed a 13-year-old boy, stating he had something in his hand that looked like a gun. Bystander video appeared on social media showing several officers running after him, knocking him to the ground, pinning him and with 2 officers on top of him, a third one shot and killed the child. he had been a local middle schooler. A Manchester officer on foot approached a man and asked to speak with him. Police did not state why they stopped the man. It is unknown what transpired but police claim the man took a pistol out of his pocket, was engaged in an altercation with the officer where a bullet from the pistol was fired and was shot and killed by police.

John Neibuhr was at Orlando Airport and allegedly tried to make it on a plane. Airline personnel sent him away and police followed him outside to a hotel parking lot where they found him in his car. Numerous police cars followed him to Elm and West 12th Street. The man exited the vehicle and walked near Music Hall. Police followed him and ordered him to drop the gun.
