OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Milwaukee Police chased a vehicle based on a report of a stolen vehicle that had previously been linked to a carjacking. The chase was escalated until the vehicle crashed. Police fired into the vehicle that contained six teenagers. They hit and injured 4 of the teens including a pregnant 18-year-old whose fetus was killed while she was critically injured herself with her survival currently unknown. A 17-year-old male was also killed in the same police mass shooting and this page is dedicated to him.
