Leein Hinkley allegedly broke into a home. When police arrived, the house was on fire and Hinkley fled to a nearby rooftop. Police snipers shot and killed him. Brian Woodbury died in the same event. It is unknown whether he was killed by police or died from some other cause. His body was found in the completely burned house after the standoff.
