Riverdale Police Department officers responded to a call about two men trespassing inside a medical office under renovation. They were told that one of the men had left the property but the other man was still inside. Police approached Darryl Fussell, 23, andtried to get him to leave but he allegedly grabbed an unknown nearbytool and Riverdale PD shot and killed him.
