During an argument, Christian Chestnut was shot and killed by off-duty DeKalb Officer Michael Durieux. After Chestnut’s murder, officer Durieux fled the scene and crashed at Candler Road and Rainbow Drive where the officer was found shot dead from suicide under police duress.
