Hueland Brown was allegedly involved in an altercation with his girlfriend when police were called. After he fired shots and injured her mother and a young child in the car with shots fired. Washington County deputies set up a perimeter and pressured him for eight or nine hours to surrender until he died from suicide under police duress.
