Coeur D’Alene PD were called to a man with a rifle and shots being fired. When they arrived, they found a man with a rifle slung over his shoulder in his front yard. SWAT arrived. The man locked himself in his house. Sometime later, fire was seen coming from the house. It is not known whether police fired any munitions or incendiary devices or if any shots were fired. The man died in the fire.
