OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Salina Police arrived to arrest Larry Wray. As they led him away, he entered the garage, engaged in some sort of argument with police, allegedly threatened to shoot if police entered his garage. SWAT and the Kansas Highway Patrol were called. Smoke was seen coming from the garage from unknown causes. It is unknown if SWAT fired any incendiary devices. The door opened and a woman and Jesse Wray exited. Police allege he raised or fired a gun and shot and killed him apparently instantly.
