Pennsylvania State Police alleged that they received a call from the ex-husband of a woman who was involved in a domestic violence situation and had called for help. Police arrived, but the woman had left and was allegedly not cooperating with police. Police made entry into the home and heard a shot fired. The man had died from suicide under police duress.
