OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Clayton Pierce allegedly rolled his vehicle over and fired a shot at police when they arrived, allegedly injuring the officer. He fled to a nearby cemetery. SWAT arrived and shot and killed him. Several parked cars were also shot up during the fatal SWAT operation.
