Mooresville PD chased a vehicle at 110 mph until the vehicle hit the car of Vickie Berry and her car burst into flames, killing her. Jason Howard, also died from his injuries associated with the crash. Berry’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Town of Mooresville.
