Mooresville PD chased a vehicle driven by Jason Howard at 110 mph until the vehicle hit the car of Vickie Berry and the car burst into flames, killing her. Jason Howard, also died from his injuries associated with the crash. Berry’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Town of Mooresville.
