Bernalillo County deputies chased Raphael Marquez due to reports of kidnapping and a stolen vehicle, also having fired shots. Police attacked the vehicle with spike strips and a PIT maneuver and Marquez came out of the vehicle and pointed “something” at police who shot and killed him.
