Officer Neil Adams was an off-duty Houston PD officer moonlighting as mall security when Czyz Harrison’s credit card was declined. An altercation ensued between Adams and Harrison. Harrison allegedly shot Adams and left reportedly holding an ice pick. He was shot and killed by Houston PD.
