On July 15, 2024, at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers from the Marion Police Department responded to a report of an unwanted individual at 2106 W. 8th Street in Marion, Indiana. The individual, identified as 39-year-old Michael Martel Guy, had an active arrest warrant for invasion of privacy and was subject to a protective order.
