Several people called 911 to report a man with a knife in a residential area. The man then got into another person’s truck. Oxnard PD arrived and ordered him to drop the knife. An officer shot him with a Taser gun. Police fired rubber bullets. Finally, Oxnard PD shot and killed Christian Baltazar Torres.
