Jeremy Bennett allegedly threatened two women with a gun and ran away and locked himself into a home elsewhere. He was prohibited from owning guns and Abilene PD arrived, brought SWAT and created a standoff when he emerged. Police fired beanbag rounds at him. He allegedly raised a gun and police shot and killed him.
