Kansas City KS PD responded to a call about a disabled vehicle and found a man pointing a weapon. Thomas Marshall allegedly stole the officer’s cruiser, was hunted by an unknown number of cruisers, stopped the cruiser and when he exited, he was involved in a shootout with officers and was killed.
