US Marshals entered a home with a warrant for a nonviolent weapons and drug charges with intentions to arrest him. They found the unnamed man hiding in a closet in the house, allege that he had a weapon and shot and killed him. A roommate arrived and said the man had been very helpful and caring and had been a “good man.”
