San Diego PD chased a vehicle that was allegedly seen speeding. The chase escalated to high speeds and police alleged that they called off the pursuit moments before a catastrophic impact that killed both the reportedly juvenile driver of the fleeing vehicle as well as San Diego officer Austin Machitar.
