An unknown number of Beaverton PD officers allegedly tackled a man believed involved in a shoplifting episode at Nordstrom’s department store. A five-minute physical struggle between the man and several police officers in the parking lot and sued. Beaverton officers alleged that the man pulled a gun and fired it. Police shot and killed him.
