Laurel PD responded to reports of a man firing 20 rounds from a handgun near an apartment building. It was not reported that anyone was hit. Police chased the man in a vehicle at high-speed until he crashed at Luther Hill Road in Glade Pine Road in Laurel. The man died. He has not been identified by police to date.
