OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Bentley Street for a reported gunshot coming from a home around 3:20 a.m. A shot had been fired inside of the house and there was a pregnant woman and 2 more people believed to be inside with Bradly Locklin. Officers arrived and Locklin came outside, fired a shot in the direction of officers. A pregnant woman and others were seen fleeing from the back of the house. Officers fired back, killing Locklin. Locklin was reportedly drunk.
