At least one officer shot at Brandon Harris who was armed with a handgun inside the Burlington Coat Factory in Colorado Springs on 04/03/2023. He had warrants and was driving a stolen vehicle. SWAT opened fire on the car. Brandon Harris fired back and then allegedly committed suicide under police duress.This was contested by protesters who claim that police shot and killed him and covered it up. Protesters state that the BWC footage is heavily edited and subjectively narrated and demand full unedited bodycam footage.
