OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A life officer tried to traffic stop a vehicle that did not stop. Police escalated a chase which led them on Deans Bridge Road at high speeds. The vehicle being chased veered into oncoming traffic where it hit a pickup truck head on. The impact was severe and all three occupants of the car being chased died. The occupants of the pickup truck were injured and transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
