A man wanted in Indiana for sexual offenses was seen in front of a liquor store in Fort Smith, Arkansas and during attempt to arrest him, police fired a taser at him and he produced a knife in self-defense. After that, he was shot and killed.

Montgomery County deputies were sent to a location on Hacker Road with a warrant for someone for “aggravated menacing” from another location. The man hid in the house. The matter was complicated as he was with an uninvolved a family of four when police arrived. All family members were able to get out and were not hindered by the man police were after. One person had to climb out of an upstairs window when numerous police and SWAT vehicles bore down on the home. Law enforement from areas including Clayton, Dayton, Miami Township, and the Montgomery County Regional SWAT team all arrived and shots were fired apparently from all sides. The man committed suicide under police duress. There are no reports that he had tried harming the family he was with. It appears that this was intended to be a simple arrest and when the person resisted, numerous militarized law enforcement agencies created a stressful standoff leading to suicide.

Two women were reportedly involved in a domestic fight with items being thrown out of an apartment. Police arrived and determined the fight was under control. One of the women, Christina McKinney, left the apartment and police followed her, yelling demands when they saw her hand in her pocket. Officer Blake Hollins fired 2 shots and killed her. The object turned out to be an AirSoft gun, a plastic replica of a weapon. It is unclear why police followed one of the women when the domestic disturbance had ended when they appeared. Police released a bodycam video which is fairly useless because it is so heavily redacted that the entire figure of the woman being killed is blurred out throughout, proving only that police shot and killed someone but all detail being obliterated by inexplicable police censorship.

The officer who shot and killed McKinney was named as Blake Hollins who had received a previous 21-day suspension for previous incidents with recommendations from superiors to fire him. This was apparently stopped by the police union. Officer Hollins was back on duty and shot and killed Christina McKinney. He received a 3-day suspension and was cleared back to work after that.

A man reported to be in a mental health crisis was seen on West Bilby Road near Nogales Highway shooting a gun in the air. Police arrived to the home and allege that he fired in their direction. Police shot and killed him. The intersection consists of storage companies and is rather unpopulated. This occurred at night when it is unlikely that the area was heavily populated. Several law enforcement agencies chased an alleged sex offender, placed spike strips, which forced him to stop and run into an open field. Police chased the man and allege that he fired shots at them. Police held back and sent a drone which showed him lying dead in a field, allegedly from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police were called to a shooting inside of a Burger King on 21st and Shadeland in Indianapolis. Police allege that the man whom they were targeting took an officer’s gun and police shot and killed him. This is not seen on bodycam that was released. The still unnamed man was traffic-stopped on a moped, was very cooperative and polite until it appeared that he would be arrested for not having ID on him and missing reg tags on the moped. Round Lake Beach PD arrived at a domestic violence call to find two women who had injuries from being hit with a sledge hammer. A man was allegedly walking toward police with a sledge hammer. They shot and killed him.

San Joaquin deputies found a vehicle parked on highway 99 and East Frontage Road and decided the vehicle was suspicious for undisclosed reasons. A 7-year-old boy was crossing the street in what is believed to have been the crosswalk with his mother when an NYPD tow truck turned the corner of Myrtle Avenue and North Portland Avenue just above Fort Greene Park. The tow truck during the right turn hit and killed the boy.

Pedro Argote had lost custody of his four children and shot and killed the judge several hours later on 10/19/2023. After several intense days of manhunt, police located him in a wooded area of Frederick, Maryland. He had committed suicide under police duress.

Palm Beach deputies were called to outside a business along Military Trail north of Forest Hill Boulevard near West Palm Beach where a man was described as “suspicious, lurking in bushes”. REGISTRATION TAG VIOLATION LEADING TO DEATH

Rasheem Edwards was traffic-stopped on a dirt bike because it had no reg tags in Silver Springs Shores, FL and allegedly ran on foot from the traffic stop with officers claiming he was open-carrying a gun. Police allege that he had pulled it out and they shot and killed him.

POLICE SHOOT MAN NEXT TO A FOOTBALL FIELD FULL OF CHILDREN AND PARENTS

Eyewitnesses state that police shot and killed the man 75 feet from the crowd near a football field and children stated that the man collapsed and died in front of them. Police had not reported this detail initially when they announced the death and had not revealed that the officer had fired his weapon near a crowded field with children and parents. Parents are quite upset and were offered free counseling by the police department.

QUESTIONS REMAIN

What type of weapon do police claim he had? Police have alluded to a gun but not specified this further. What type? How many times was he shot? Did the bullets enter from the front or back? Did the deputy know him or what is the explanation for the deadly response to what on police record began as only a registration tag violation? There is obviously much detail withheld by police. Any information that becomes available will be posted here. Police began the common practice of smearing the dead man’s reputation, trotting out his past offenses. An accusation of attempted breaking and entering or some unwanted entry in NY and a past drivers’ license offense in Florida were presented to the public as the man’s past criminal record. These things are not violent offenses that threaten the public. Police were not chasing and shooting his past record when they fired fatal bullets at him. The reasons for the shooting remain unexplained.

The officer has formally invoked Marsy’s Law, a law originally created to shield the identities of crime victims. Police in Florida and several other states routinely abuse Marsy’s Law to hide the names of killer cops. Marsy’s Law has officially been requested by the officer to hide his name.

A man was shot and police focused their investigation on a person in a home in Marietta. Police organized a SWAT standoff. It is unknown what type of SWAT pressure was placed on the man but after a lengthy standoff, police forcibly entered the home and found the man dead from having committed suicide under police duress. John Drake Jr. had shot and injured two La Vergne, TN police officers several days prior. A massive manhunt was underway for several days, attracting additional attention due to the fact that Drake was the son of the current Nashville police chief John Drake. On 10/24/2023, after several days of a massive public manhunt after him, police received a call that he had stolen a vehicle at gunpoint and driven away in it. Police spotted the stolen vehicle on Thompson Lane and escalated a chase that ended when he crashed into a parked car. When police moved toward the vehicle, they found Drake dead, having committed suicide under police duress during the chase.

Kent Police Department were called when two men abandoned a vehicle in someone’s driveway and told the homeowner they were out of gas and going to walk to get some. Police arrived and discovered the abandoned vehicle had been stolen and apparently left in the driveway undamaged. Police followed the men and found them running. Kent PD shot and killed an unnamed man who was found hiding behind a house. Police claimed he had a knife on him. No word if he had tried to use it as he was reported as only running away when shot and killed. Police fired six shots into him.

Randolph County deputies received a call that a teenager had overdosed and needed medical help. Police arrived and the 19-year-old had fled. Police pursued him and saw him walking at the intersection of Main and First Streets. Police claim that he pulled out a handgun and fired a shot as they approached. They shot and killed him. So far, no evidence such as video or eyewitnesses are available to compare to the police narrative.

The Seward County Sheriff’s Office said deputies tried to traffic-stop a vehicle heading west on I-80 at 3:11 p.m., but the driver turned around and drove the wrong way on the interstate. SCSO said the vehicle crossed over into the eastbound lanes near the Milford exit and continued on I-80. Deputies apparently followed him head-on in the wrong direction at high speeds until it came to a stop on I-80 near the Pleasant Dale exit. According to deputies, the passenger exited the vehicle but the driver reportedly refused. Deputies claim they saw an unspecified weapon in his hand and shot and killed the man. Police began hunting a car in Wayne County, West Virginia and ended in Huntington after an intense high-speed chase by at least 2 police departments together. The chase ended when the vehicle crashed while being chased.
Four people were inside the other car involved in the crash.
A 68-year-old man was driving, and the passengers were identified as a 43-year-old man, a 16-year-old boy, and a 15-year-old girl. All four were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Officials say the 16-year-old died at the hospital as a result of his injuries.

Police explained that this chase was drug-related.

Thurston County deputies came upon a group of people doing donuts in the street. When police arrived, a car fled and police escalated a high-speed chase. Police “called off the chase” and the fleeing vehicle crashed shortly thereafter, killing the passenger, a man in his 20s who was not publicly identified. Police stressed that at the moment of impact, they were no longer chasing the vehicle, with calling off a chase when a driver is losing control and a major crash is imminent being a common police tactic to evade the responsibility of an “in-custody” death since all events during a chase are legally considered as happening in custody already. The dog was euthanized for unknown injuries.

Officer Rolando was returning to the Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green from a temporary assignment at the University Hospital in Columbia when he collided head-on with a vehicle traveling southbound.
