A man had allegedly robbed a bank and fled. Five law enforcement agencies hunted him at high speed for over 20 miles. He hit a bystander vehicle, a police car, hit spike strips and eventually got stuck in a dead-end street. Police allege he got out of the vehicle with a gun. They shot and killed him.
