OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Mahoning County sheriff’s officials said Jonathan Crago, 38, killed two women at a home in the 300 block of Watson Street in Lowellville at about 6:30 p.m.
After the homicides, officers had attempted to stop the vehicle in the 5500 block of Ridge, but Crago turned around and fled southbound, police said.
Allen said Crago died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at about 11:30 p.m. after calling police and announcing it during the chase.
