Ealwinne Richard Was driving a 2020 Chevrolet sedan when Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop. He did not stop and police escalated high speed chase that ended when he went off the road, struck a tree, rolled over several times and died. Police stated they felt the driver may be impaired, the reason given for the fatal chase.
