Vilmond Jean-Baptiste was seen with a knife. NYPD chased him to his home and found him hiding in the bathtub. Police fired tasers at him and he jumped out of the tub with a knife. Police shot and killed him. Local residents were allegedly throwing bottles at police after the killing and hit one officer in the head. Baptiste had allegedly stabbed and killed three people.
