A man was seen dumping trash with a gun pointed. Two officers in 2 vehicles chased him, were told to stop but continued the pursuit. The vehicle crashed into a bystander. Police claim not to know whether there was a shootout or not. The 36-year-old bystander died of unknown causes. It is not known whether bullets were fired or if he died due to the crash.
